Adam has almost 2 decades of experience in the HSE industry working with large global blue chip organisations along with smaller SME's. He specialises in manufacturing and engineering sectors, however also has significant experience in many other sectors from retail, food, construction, logistics, private letting, textiles etc. He has significant experience implementing and auditing ISO 45001 and 14001 along with multiple other accreditations inline with SSIP schemes.

Adam has achieved an Masters Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, is a Chartered professional with IOSH, a Certified Machinery Safety Expert CMSE®, a lead ISO 45001 auditor and a qualified lead industrial accident investigator (IIAI).  He is a strong believer in coaching and upskilling those around him, and has mentored many students through H&S qualifications to degree level.

On more of a personal level, Adam has 2 kids and enjoys hiking, water sports, winter sports and getting creative making things with his woodworking and metal working skills. He is also a keen biker and enjoys camping.
